3. Intellectual Property: The content, design, and intellectual property of Darts Orakel Play are owned by Pinpoint Sport Ltd. You may not use, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from us.
4. Subscription and Unlimited Access: Darts Orakel Play offers a subscription plan. Subscribers gain unlimited access to the application features, including the FDI form rankings, player comparison tools, and all player statistics.
5. Subscription Pricing:
   • Monthly: $3.74
   • Annual: $44.88
6. Payments and Renewal:
   • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
   • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at the end of the current period.
   • Account will be charged for renewal at the end of the current period.
   • You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your account settings at any time after purchase.
7. Manage Subscription: You can unsubscribe or cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that once a subscription fee has been paid, it is non-refundable. Upon unsubscribing, you will no longer have access to subscription features, and no further charges will be incurred.
8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to Darts Orakel Play at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any harmful activities within the app.
9. Changes to Terms: We may update the Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. Otherwise, you can delete your account.
